Bali's coastal climate has extreme salt and humidity levels. Peeling happens due to high wall alkali or lack of primer (sealer). Our solution is thorough stripping, applying alkali-resisting primer, and using premium paints like Dulux Weathershield or Jotun Jotashield.

Highly mandatory for maximum results. We always recommend high-quality instant skim coats like MU-200 (market price in Bali is around 110,000 IDR/sack). It effectively prevents hairline cracks and seals wall pores, saving paint consumption and making colors more solid.

Leaking walls must not be repainted directly. We will do structural repairs first. Cracks are patched using special plaster like MU-270, then coated with elastic waterproofing materials before the final color painting process.

Jotun and Dulux are very tough for exterior walls exposed to extreme weather and UV rays. Meanwhile, the Propan brand specializes exceptionally well in finishing wood and natural stone elements widely used in Bali villa architecture.

They should be different. Ceilings require specially formulated paint that is thicker so it doesn't drip easily when applied, and has an extra flat opacity to hide waves on gypsum boards.

It strictly depends on the building volume. As an illustration, painting the interior and exterior of a commercial building like a 6-room boarding house or a medium house (100-150 m²) usually takes between 7 to 14 working days with meticulous results.

For exposed exteriors, painting must be postponed during rain because water ruins the uncured polymer bonds. However, interior painting can proceed 100% normally without issues.

Our standard SOP for a perfect and durable color is 1 coat of Primer (Alkali Resisting Sealer) to lock wall pores, followed by 2 coats of the Main Color Paint (Top Coat).

No need to bother! Our team will help move your furniture to a safe area. All floors, furniture, and window frames will be tightly covered using masking tape and drop cloths to keep them free from paint splatters.

Moldy walls indicate extreme moisture. We will find the leak source first, then the wall will be washed, scrubbed, and treated with fungicidal liquid. Once dry, an anti-bacterial sealer and top coat are applied.

That happens if you use interior paint outside, or low-quality paint. For hot Bali exteriors, you must use paints with "UV Protection" and "Color Lock" technologies so pigments don't break down under sunlight.

If you chose an "Easy Clean" or anti-stain paint type during consultation, you simply wipe the stain (like coffee, dust, or pencil marks) using a damp microfiber cloth or soft sponge. Avoid scrubbing with rough objects.

For beachfront properties, salt air corrosion is the main enemy. We mandate the use of paints with anti-carbonation features and high salt resistance. All iron elements must be coated with epoxy zinc chromate anti-rust primer before painting.
